As of May 2025 you can now download the 'My Care' app which has launched as part of the new hospital software called Encompass. Through 'My Care ' you can access information like your medications, appointments and some hospital test results. GP results are not available to view on this app.

The Western Trust have launched a new app called Connect West that allows patients to check when their appointment is or make changes to your outpatient hospital appointment. You can also check for mobile screening services near you such as Breast Screening.
